Russia announces its first mRNA vaccine for cancer, set to launch for public use in 2025.
The vaccine will be provided free of cost, confirmed by Russia's Ministry of Health.
Director of the Gamaleya National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology Alexander Gintsburg earlier told TASS that the vaccine's pre-clinical studies have proven that it reduces tumor formation and probable metastases.

Russian President Vladimir Putin previously highlighted the nation’s progress in creating cancer vaccines and immunomodulatory drugs of a new generation.
However, it has not yet been determined which type of cancer the proposed vaccinations will target, nor how.
