Dr. Sanket Ankush Rode’s journey is an inspiring testament to perseverance, passion, and the transformative power of education. Born on January 17, 1990, in Jarkarwadi, Pune, into a modest farming family, Dr. Sanket Ankush Rode upbringing was deeply influenced by the hard work and values of his parents, Ankush and Sangeeta Rode. Despite limited resources, their encouragement laid the foundation for his remarkable achievements in healthcare and education.
Educational Pursuits and Early Career
Dr. Rode completed his schooling at Rayat Education Institute, Dhamani, and later graduated with a B.Sc. in Chemistry from S.P. College, Pune, in 2015. Initially, job opportunities were scarce, but his determination and guidance from mentors like Dr. Arvind Kharat led him to explore the healthcare field.
He pursued a DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) and gained valuable experience as a lab technician at Pune’s prestigious Sancheti Hospital. Driven by an insatiable desire to learn, he went on to earn an M.Sc. in Chemistry from NEFT University, Himachal Pradesh, between 2016 and 2018.

Dr. Rode’s career took a transformative turn when he joined Golvilkar Metropolis, a NABL-accredited laboratory. This experience deepened his understanding of quality standards and operational excellence. He completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Management (PGDHM) from Velingkar Institute, Mumbai to complement his technical knowledge.
In 2019, he founded Servstep Solution LLP, a healthcare consultancy firm dedicated to optimizing operations for hospitals, diagnostics centers, and healthcare providers. His expertise in NABL and NABH accreditation helped elevate the quality of care across 216 healthcare systems in India.
Pioneering Paramedical Education
Recognizing the shortage of skilled healthcare professionals, Dr. Rode established the Western Institute of Paramedical Science in Manchar in 2020. With a focus on offering diverse paramedical courses, this institution has produced over 626 skilled technicians, many of whom have contributed significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
