Whether it’s from a work injury, getting a little too excited with exercises/recreational activities, or just overdoing household chores, no one is barred from back pain.  Tip 1: A Milk Shot Everyday for Instant Relief

 Milk is the richest source of Calcium because it contains  Lactose and Vitamin D.They in turn increase Calcium absorption for building strong bones and healthy muscles. Intake of milk relieves back pain because the calcium ions in it move across the cell walls almost immediately, giving you instant relief.

Tip 2: Munch Dark Chocolates 

The phenylethylamine(PEA) in the Cocoa Beans helps in encouraging the release of Endorphins, A hormone made naturally in the body. Endorphins help in blocking pain signals from registering with the brain. The PEA is also released by the brain when people fall in Love and stimulates the release of those feel-good Endorphins. Tip 3: Add a Pinch of Ginger

The anti-inflammatory compounds in ginger can give you relief from backache. You can either consume ginger by adding it in your food/tea or place a fresh ginger root into a warm compress and then press it to the painful area of the back for several minutes. Take 10 cloves of garlic. Fry it in coconut oil on low heat till they are brown. Then strain the cloves and use the oil. Make sure you apply the oil and leave it on the skin for at least 3 hours. Later take a warm bath so that the oil reaches even on the sore or tight muscles. Repeat daily.

Tip 5 : Compress the Pain With Rice Compress

Take a dry and clean sock, pour a cup of uncooked rice, tie the sock tightly so that the rice doesn’t get out of the sock. Now, microwave it for one minute so that it is warm enough to alleviate the pain. But, make sure it is not that hot. Next, press the sock to your back. You can sit on the couch and place the rice compress between the couch and your back.

Tip 6: Chamomile Tea Is The Ultimate Saviour

Tense muscle tissue present at the back is one of the major reasons for backache. But, if you consume a cup of herbal chamomile tea, it relaxes the ten muscle tissue. The reason? Well, the compounds present in the tea remain active in our system for a long time, eventually providing long-lasting benefits.

Tip 7: Basil leaves With a Pinch of Salt

Basil is mostly known for its culinary uses, but it can be of great help in reducing back pains. Basil is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, calcium, iron, and potassium. It also contains a wide range of essential oils rich in phenolic compounds which help in curing back pain. You can consume basil leaves by adding 8 to 10 basil leaves into one cup of water and boiling it till it condenses and the water becomes half. Cool it, add a pinch of salt and consume it daily once, if the pain is mild, twice for severe pain.

Tip 8: Cold Compress Massage

If you hurt your back, apply a cold compress as quickly as you can since it helps in preventing damages and/or spreading from one cell to another. This is the easiest thing to do if you hurt your back. You can make a cold compress by wrapping 5 to 6 ice cubes in a thin washcloth, and pressing it where it hurts the most. Remove the compress after every 2 to 3 minutes for a few seconds to avoid freezing. Repeat it.
