Health issues affect the majority of people at some point in their lives. Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood, and during this time, social, cultural, and biological changes may have an impact on this process, which may result in some common health problems in adolescence.

1. Acne

Symptoms: Pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, and oily skin.

2. Obesity

Prevention: Balanced eating, frequent exercise, avoiding sugary and processed foods, and promoting physical activity.
